Identify the situations
We can change our reaction when we face any difficulties or uncomfortable situations that make us feel bad.

You can stay without reacting to someone if he blames or does something you do not like, So in this situation, you can manage your thoughts and be patient. Within a few minutes, you will forget about that person, and you will focus on other work.
You will not able to do this for the first time. You have to find which type of feeling hurts you and why your mind becomes weaker to those feelings.
Also, you have to find situations that make your mind strong.
When you research yourself, you will find which kind your personality type. When you do this for a long time, you will able to identify the situation that makes you feel sad or miserable before it happens.
Train your mind to be mentally strong
When you find the things that you uncomfortable, you can face those situations and you will able to reduce your fear.
When you keep doing those uncomfortable things, it will become comfortable, and then you not feel sad or miserable in those situations.
Also, if someone tries to hate and blame you, you can avoid that person by ignoring his actions.
We have to train our minds to apply those techniques. So the best way is, face those situations on a daily basis and become compatible with it.
Also, you can do daily meditations. It has a lot of power to strengthen our minds.
Forget your fast and live in the present moment to be mentally strong
Most people get weaker in their minds when they think about their failures or things that happen in the past.
As examples,
- Something happens to you in your childhood.
- The thing that your parents did (like be drunk, fighting).
- Exams failures
- Interviews or job failures
- Your partner breaks up with you
There have a lot of things like that. So most of the time, you will be mentally weak when you think about those things. So you have to forget every failure and bad experience which happened in your past. You can’t change those things.
Try to live in the present moment. You will able to feel more happy and strong when you focus on your present.
